DOES NOT include accommodations. A discounted room block rate has been secured at Pacific 19 Hotel. We will email a link to attendees following their registration. We can assist with room sharing if needed. Daily transportation to and from the farm for the duration of the course will be available. It is a 12-minute drive from the farm.

At Monarch Coffee, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of our workshop and course offerings, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide credit towards future workshops, farm experiences, or professional courses. Please note the following details regarding our policy:

  • Credit Only: No refunds will be issued. If you need to cancel your participation, you will receive a credit that can be applied to any of our future offerings.

  • Validity: The credit must be used within one year from the originally scheduled course dates.

  • Exclusions: The price of the course does not include airfare or hotel accommodation. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and lodging.
